I have a yoshimura trc full exhaust system on my R6. What is the lifespan or how many miles until it's time to switch it out?

Hi, I am split between two (slip-on) exhausts, Jardine or Yoshimura.

Which one sounds better? I know there is a lot more than sound when it comes to exhausts but I am happy with the performance of the bike and I like the way both look on the bike.

Thanks,

Would It be possible to put on a RS-3 Yoshimura exhaust on a 2006 Kawasaki Ninja EX250? I just want it to sound better and look better. And would it be worth it? Thanks!

I am looking to buy a new exhaust for my bike i want to know about bolt on exhausts comared to full exhaust and also the different brands such as muzzy, two brothers, d and d, yoshimura.

I am looking at buying a used sport bike (GSX-R600 or 750) and a couple I am looking at come with after-market Yoshimura exhaust pipes. Is there any reason to pay more for the bike because of this? I know it changes the sound of the bike, but I don't really care about the sound so what's the point?
Seller of bike says the yosh exhaust cost him $1,000 new

Hey, just wondering what the best sounding aftermarket exhaust for a 99 ZX6-R would be. Two brothers? leo vince? yoshimura? etc. I want it to be pretty loud. Thanks

I am planning on buying yoshimura dual bolt on exhausts and a k&n air filter, those are all the mods i want for it. A specialist said i would run lean on fuel and cause overheating at the cylinder walls, so that it was mandatory i used a power commander, but i dont want any more mods on my bike, is it really that necesary?

I either want a Mini Factory 4.1 or a RS-3 which is better

thanks for your help i need your opinion!!!
please help me asap

I just recently got a 2005 FZ6 and I want to change the exhaust so it will sound better. (sounds like a electric bike right now, it make the bike sound slow)

I have an 08 KTM 250 XCf-W but i believe the 250 SX-F pipes will work as well. Want powerful system, thinking about akrapovic evolution, yoshimura RS-2, fmf 4.1 with megabomb, pro circuit Ti-4 GP, any others? Want power... deep sound (not that important), and spark arrested.

This weekend, I’ve had my bike fitted with a Yoshimura R55 slip on exhaust and remapped on dyno through an official Suzuki dealer.

Gained a bit of power but still a bit disappointed with overall performance. According to reviews my bike, with the stock exhaust should have 108hbp!!! When my bike ran the dyno, (GSXR600 K8 with 7000miles on it with Stock exhaust) I got 98hbp. Now with the Yoshi upgrade, dyno & re-mapping, I now have 105.7 hbp. That is still less than what my bike should have with a stock exhaust.

I haven’t installed mods that could increase the bike weight – Why is it so low?

Thanks,
S

Hello people,

I’ve been given a list of exhaust to go for my GSXR600 k8.

1)M4 GP Mount
2)Racefit exhaust
3)Yoshimura (E.g R55)

Are there any websites out there that could compare these babies for my gsxr?

I’m just looking to find out about the pros, cons, price, road legal? and impact on insurance (if any)

Cheers

I have a 2005 Suzuki Hayabusa GSX1300R and the battery keeps dieing after a few days. I have the normal upgrades on the bike, Extended Swing-arm,Lowered, Power-Commander, Yoshimura 4-2-1 Exhaust, Nitrous etc... The bike only has 5000 miles on it.
Thanks
Scott

I have an '01 ZX7R. I have a chance to buy a yoshimura bolt on muffler that was previously installed on an '05 GSXR 600. I was wondering if that exhaust would fit my bike.
The exhaust is a yoshimura rs-3 can

does fmf, yoshimura, or pro circuit make any 2 stroke silencers for a 2009 kawasaki kx100

I'm planing on buying it and i just want to make sure its worth the money. There are no scratches on it and its really clean, it also has a yoshimura slip-on exhaust.

Well, I just bought a used 2002 gsxr 1000. I love this bike and the guy who sold it to me told me he had a tune up and the mechanic said the F1 light might come on . All you eed to do is turn it off and back on again.

Is this just a GSXR glitch? and does this need to be checked out right away. There is an after market yoshimura exhaust on it can that be why the light comes on?

The light comes and goes randomly. I tried twisting the throttle and letting go before I started it and it goes away sometimes. Otherwise the bike runs fine.

Also how many miles do you usually change the oil on a high performance sport bike?

Thanks

Will a Yoshimura full exhaust TRC system that was on a 2008 Yamaha R6 fit properly on a 2009 Yamaha R6 ?

I heard that Yoshimura goes well with the gixxers, so which exhaust goes well with the Cbr? And if I buy a full exhaust and power commander, is it easy to install it myself or should I take it to a pro? And which is better, the dual exhaust or the single one?

I NEED A MAP THAT'S NOT ON POWER COMMANDER 3 WEB SITE MY BIKE HAS FULL YOSHIMURA EXHAUST WITH K&N AIR FILTER THANKS

Don't really want to. I might wanna sell my bike again and put back on the original exhaust..

I am really excited about getting a bike this summer but I have a couple questions about these bikes:
- Which would be better for my first bike? Why?
- Which is better performance wise?
- Which can I benefit the most from? (What I mean is getting good parts for it, mainly exhaust.)
- Speaking of exhaust, I was looking at the Yoshimura's exhaust, but what is the difference between the Full System and the Slip On for the CBR 600? I also saw a video about the Stiletto Exhaust but where can you buy them?

will a YOSHIMURA slip on exhaust change cc's in anyway? as learners in australia you are only allowed to drive 250cc bike so will adding an exhaust like that increase the capacity?

a friend of mine is selling me a 2005 hayabusa for 5 grand. I haven't heard it yet but i know want a akrapovic or yoshimura. He says its the stock pipes but he drilled em out and its really loud. Do drilled out stock pipes sound good...or do i need 2 go ahead and look into an aftermarket system?

I recently bought a yamaha zuma 125 and i recall the salesman saying that it is not good for the bike to put an aftermarket exhaust on. However, i saw that yoshimura sells an exhaust for this particular bike. can someone clarify what the salesman could have meant like if its a warranty issue?

I am planning to buy an 08 Kawasaki Ninja 250r and I was looking at Yoshimura exhausts and Leo Vince exhausts and I was wondering which would be a better pick. I also wanted to know if I should get the slip-on or full exhaust...

I am looking to buy a bike soon, and am looking at the Yamaha YZF-R6s and the Honda CBR 600rr. Does anyone know of any good dealerships that sell good used bikes, aftermarket shops that I could get a Yoshimura TRC carbon slip on exhaust, and shops that sell riding gear that are in the san fernando valley preferrably in the woodland hills area?

i found some pipes,Two Brothers Racing pipe,FmF pipe,Big gun pipe,BBR pipe,Yoshimura RS-3,,Pro circut,LEO VINCE X-3 EXHAUST

i mean what pipe would give the most power not loudness

i wanna get one for mine... its between a yoshimura rs5, jardine rt1, two brothers v.a.l.e dual or a scorpion....... which one is better??? whats the HP gain on each of them???? thanks

I was originally thinking of getting my head worked on from CT, a Sonic Grind Cam or the HRC cam and a Yoshimura RS-7 Titanium exhaust and a boyeson quickshot and mabye a Dynatek chip or something. BUT now I am just thinking of getting the HRC kit first wich will put me to 45 hp and then the yoshi k&n setup with jetting. that should put me around 55. But if I were to get the CT kit including the hrc kit, exhaust, chip, intake and quishot, I would get mid 60s horsepower but i dont want to be wrenching on it all the time. I guess my question is should I get the CT top end, Wiseco 13.5:1, dyna tek and boyeson quickshot after i get the HRC and the yoshi k&n setup with jetting.

I have a Yoshimura slip on exhaust on my 1996 Honda CBR f3, and have found a Vance and Hines header and mid pipe. Could I attach my slip on to the vance and hines header to make it a full exhaust, per se. or would I have to find a can to fit the vance and hines midpipe? and If that is the case, would a can from a Vance and Hines slip on work, or would the Vance and hines slip on just attach to the Vance and Hines header without removing the can..

A lot of words, I know.. Any help is much appreciated

I am researching exhaust for my CBR and I notice that a lot of online websites have a CA model when it comes to Yoshimura exhaust systems. I was just wondering what the difference between the CA (cali) exhaust system and a normal slip on would be?
Thanks

I am planning to install a Yoshimura TRC Full exhaust kit on my Kawasaki Ninja 250R. I will have a professional install it on but need to
know if it is necessary. I heard that if you install a full exhaust system
it will burn more fuel so again that's why I need to know. THANKS

what aftermarket exhaust are made for a 2008 triumph daytona 675? i dont want a yoshimura cuz its ugly and the arrow and jardine exhaust are ugly, anybody know any sites that i can look at that dont have ur normal everday exhaust for my bike? i wanted to get the ixil exhaust for my bike but it says its only made for 06-07, whats the difference on a '08? its all the same setup, would it fit for a '08 or would it not? and also does anybody know any sites that sell custom parts for my bike besides carbon fiber parts and gay shit like that?> much appreciated, thank you

the bolt from my stock pipe on my Honda 150r in the very back by the back fender where it mounts is on wayy tight and im trying to get it off but it strips the outside so its almost round so you can barely kep trying. i have every other bolt of but this and i need my new exhaust on soon for my race! please help me! thanks

What is a power commander/ what does it do, and what does it have to do with putting a new Yoshimura TRC slip-on on my 08 R6?

I know there is m4/yoshimura/Akrapovic/2brothers..what else is out there? how expensive are they? whats your opinion label some in which order u like the most. thanx!

I have the RS-3 system with the header leading back to a slip on oval muffler. It's the racing series. It's a 97 mind you, in case it makes a difference. Carburetors sound awesome too

and if you can answer that question I assume you know about bikes and was wondering how much the full k&n intake for that bike would add? I know I'm pushing some serious hp cuz I'm fat and the front wont stay down until 4th. Plus I've gotten new sprockets 1-3

I have a 98 Honda CBR600F3. I want the fll exhaust system, not a slip-on...

yoshimura R55??? or what else is good???

Which is better performance wise? Yoshimura or Two Brothers???

Not slip on, the entire exhaust, and remember that it is not EFI...

It's for a 2007 GSX-R 600!
